What modes of payment do you accept
We accept credit cards. But on occasion, accepts payment via western union money transfer which is more often done by trusting returning customers only who have ordered in the past and are confident enough to send payment via money transfer.

What are the credit cards accepted?
2Checkout.com, our reseller accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover credit/debit cards
Please note: A debit card with a MasterCard or Visa logo would be considered a credit card. Generally most cards with the mastercard or visa logo are acceptable cards.

Do you deliver same day?
Items are delivered depending on lead time specified for each. Please always see item details. Items that does not specify any lead time are delivered same day but only if order comes in before 10 a.m Manila time. Provincial deliveries are delivered next day or again depending on lead time specified for the product. Only items with photo caption saying for nationwide delivery are available for delivery anywhere in the Philippines. Otherwise item is for Manila and nearby suburbs delivery only.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the Philippines "readily accessible" by courier service. BUT GROCERIES ARE DELIVERED ONLY WITHIN METRO MANILA AND NEARBY SUBURBS. Metro Manila deliveries are handled by our own people. Provincial deliveries are done thru courier service.

Can I order only once for multiple addresses?
No, you must make one order for each recipient. One order per one delivery address.

What time will the flowers get delivered?
Flowers will be delivered between 10 am and 7 pm and on rare instances may reach 9 pm. We will do our best to deliver on the exact hour you wanted but on certain occasions such as peak seasons (Valentine's day, Mother's day and Christmas), flowers may not reach recipient on exact hour requested. Provincial deliveries have no guarantee as to what time of day will the flowers get delivered, only that it will get there during the day requested.

What if the recipient is not at home?
Flowers and gifts will be handed to one related to or know the recipient. Please always give us the phone number of the recipient to facilitate delivery.

Will you deliver exactly as pictured?
Every effort will be exerted to faithfully deliver what is pictured. But sometimes, mother nature makes some flowers unavailable. Substitution when inevitable are limited to flower color and variety. Example, when burgundy roses are unavailable, red roses will be substituted; if pink carnations are not available, red carnations will be appropriate.

Can I send flowers anonymously?
Yes you may. Just let us know by placing on the "remarks" field as you check out that you wish to remain anonymous.
